The Lincoln, currently under construction and slated for completion in Spring 2022, continues our work to revitalize the Historic Scranton Corridor. The site was a long-vacant brownfield on a major corner with complicating grading challenges. The new construction will add 82 apartments to the neighborhood, 40% of which will be workforce housing, an underground garage, and two new businesses along Scranton Road that will be spearheaded by first-time entrepreneurs. The financing leverages local equity, brownfield cleanup funds from the Ohio Water Development Authority and the Opportunity Zone Program.
